Your Hub team members can view posted schedules and sign up for available shifts independently.

If any of the Hub workers cancel their registered shift, ou system makes the shift visible again to other Hub members which quickly helps to find replacements.

Once the work is completed, both employer and employee confirm hours worked, triggering automatic payroll processing and invoicing.
Cost breakdown in three parts
GoWorkaBit offers a comprehensive solution for managing flexible workforces, customized to each company’s unique needs. Our transparent pricing covers all expenses, from gross wages to statutory taxes.

Payroll
The worker’s gross salary plus all mandatory state taxes (e.g., social tax, unemployment insurance).

Service fee
Includes candidate sourcing, administrative tasks (employment contracts, bureaucratic entries, payroll, and tax calculations), platform upkeep, customer support, unlimited company profile users, and more. The service fee is capped at 25% from the total of the bill for minimum-wage jobs, with lower percentages for higher wages.

VAT
Applied to the invoice in accordance with the law.

Invoicing happens only after the work is completed, and you’re charged solely for the hours worked.
All in one
Everything is included in a single service fee, which we charge only for work actually completed. We don't charge for posting job ads, account manager consultations, or any other administrative services.

Your first job posting is reviewed by a Customer Support Specialist, who will assist with any guidance you need to ensure project success.
How is the hourly rate or piece/project fee determined?
Set your desired gross hourly rate or piece rate, with the national minimum wage as the only limit. We provide industry insights to help you choose a rate that fits your needs and attracts top talent.
