Requirements:
● Sales experience - at least 1.5 years, ideally more than 2, mostly as an SDR (Sales Development Representative)
● Experience generating new business (lead generation/outbound)
● Experience with outbound sales automation tools
● At least basic understanding of technology
● Experience in selling to international clients (ideally any of the following - USA, Germany, UK, Canada, Spain, Nordics)
● Minimum B2 level of English (ideally better)
Nice to have:
● Experience with B2B clients
● Experience working in a software agency/recruitment agency OR experience in selling professional services services
● Energetic, dynamic personality (you are addicted to coffee and red bull :P)
● Experience in selling for mid-sized businesses (MSP) and/or startups
● Experience related to account management and scaling on existing clients’ portfolio
● Partnership management experience
Responsibilities:
● Generating new business through outbound channels (new opportunities)
● Doing sales individually, yourself, and not only managing a sales team
● Contribute to the sales expansion and strategy
● Closing B2B clients by preparing & pitching proposals
