Your Hub team members can view posted schedules and sign up for available shifts independently.

Cost breakdown in three parts

Payroll
The worker’s gross salary plus all mandatory state taxes (e.g., social tax, unemployment insurance).

Service fee
Includes candidate sourcing, administrative tasks (employment contracts, bureaucratic entries, payroll, and tax calculations), platform upkeep, customer support, unlimited company profile users, and more. The service fee is capped at 25% from the total of the bill for minimum-wage jobs, with lower percentages for higher wages.

VAT
Applied to the invoice in accordance with the law.
Pay only after the work is completed
Invoicing happens only after the work is completed, and you’re charged solely for the hours worked.
We never charge for posting job listings, client manager consultations, adding extra accounts to your company profile, managing the Hub, or similar services. All our services are included in a single service fee, calculated only for the work actually done.
Your first job posting is reviewed by a Customer Support Specialist, who will assist with any guidance you need to ensure project success.
How is the hourly rate or piece/project fee determined?
Set your desired gross hourly rate or piece rate, with the national minimum wage as the only limit. We provide industry insights to help you choose a rate that fits your needs and attracts top talent.
