We can help you write your job ad -- not because you don’t know what to do, of course. But we can help you edit and phrase your workbit to convey the right information and find better applicants.

We send the information to thousands of people who have shown interest specifically in your sector, location and pay.

If you wish, we can support your posting with a social media campaign, and direct it to the right target group to get your job offer to the right people. We recommend this step if you are searching for a group of people (10+). The price of this additional campaign is 50 € + VAT.

Interested applicants will send their applications through our system. You will see their profiles, cover letters (i.e. why they want to work for you) and ratings for their previous work.

You choose the people you want to work with. If needed, we can offer our advice here as well.

Selected people will come to work and make your life so much easier. We will invoice you only for the hours of work that were actually completed. We pay the workers ourselves; in addition, we declare and pay all the taxes, and register workers at the employment register. For you, this means zero bureaucracy, zero extra money and zero time wasted. It is up to you what to do with these windfall resources
