Quality Assurance Specialist
Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist is the main control to ensure the processes for remote assistance adhere to established standards and workflows. They are responsible to ensure routine checks are accomplished around new remote assistance, advancing remote assistance, and remedial reviews. Ultimately, their focus is on identifying trends and to help identify root cause systemic issues that produce unwanted and often unsafe gaps in remote assistance behavior.

Responsibilities and Duties
● Plan and execute live inspection of remote assistance task handling to confirm quality conformance.
● Perform quality function tracking, documenting, and reporting quality deficiencies.
● Analyze and investigate gaps in processes to flush out root causes to be reviewed and corrected.
● Act as controls around new remote assistance, advancing remote assistance, and need for remedial training.
● Works with the training team to help Identify training opportunities.
● Required to perform one remote assistance shift per week to maintain process and product knowledge.
