Position Summary & Objectives:
We are looking for a Picker to join our Multibiit team in Bolt Market Viimsi on our journey to drive performance improvements in our stores to achieve our grocery delivery goals.

The Market Operations team consists of individuals who are closely working together on building the best service and experience for our customers. Our main goals are:
Groceries deliver in within 15 minutes
Have the best Products Category in stock
100% Accuracy.
You will be helping us build Bolt Market by supporting one or more of these areas in a very dynamic environment: suppliers, supply chain, operations & customer service.
We expect you to be a genuine and proactive team player as you will need to embrace challenges. It is key to have great attention to detail, be organized and follow the steps.
All of our stores offer lunch breaks, a separate resting area with complimentary water and coffee.
Main Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to orders
Receive new inventory from suppliers
Organize and shelve new inventory
Check fridge and freezer temperatures during opening hours and after closing
Monitoring the expiration date of goods
Organize inventory and maintain proper shelving
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including cleaning the store after closing
Close the store before leaving
Handing the orders to couriers
Contacting the clients when any goods are out of stock.
Requirements:
High school degree.
Experience in Warehouse or Groceries Stores is a plus.
Be resilient, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.
Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
You are organised. You deliver on time & handle stress well.
You are responsible. Being in time y commit with the shift selected.
You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills.
Food handler health certificate is mandatory.
