Operations Associate (8-Week Contract) – Tallinn, Estonia

Your Mission
You will be a key part of our operations team for a 8-week period, 5 times a week, focused on carrying out essential daily processes and clearing backlog tasks to help the team stay on track. Each day, you’ll check the status of transfers, close out completed ones, and escalate tasks that require further attention. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly by monitoring older tasks and helping to clear the backlog by addressing overdue actions and passing them to the appropriate team members for resolution.
This office-based role includes comprehensive training that will have you fully operational within a few days, enabling you to make an immediate impact during your time with us. You’ll work closely with the wider operations team to streamline workflows, improve processes, and support overall efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Carry out operational tasks, including checking and closing out transfer statuses and supporting daily processes.
Monitor and clear backlog tasks, ensuring older transfers are either completed or escalated for further action.
Help the team catch up on tasks and ensure nothing is overlooked.
Work across multiple systems to support operational tasks related to customer requests.
Improve and streamline processes, proactively contributing ideas to enhance team efficiency.
Be fully trained and ready to perform these tasks in just one day, so you can make an immediate impact over the 8-week period.
Working hours : Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm, on-site.
About You
You are based in Tallinn, Estonia.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
You’re a quick learner, able to pick up new processes within a day and start contributing immediately.
You have a proactive mindset and always look for ways to improve workflows and processes.
You’re highly organised, comfortable multi-tasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You can prioritise effectively, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
Breaks and lunch
The 1-hour lunch break is not paid, but the 10-minute breaks during the working day are included in the working hours and are well paid. We usually have a team lunch once a week (on Wednesdays), but on other days of the week you should either bring your own lunch or you can go to Rotermann / Virus / Forum Center to buy something :)
