Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach: Your primary task will be to contact potential customers who respond to our advertising campaigns. You will engage with these leads to introduce our wood floor maintenance services and assess their needs.

Building Rapport: Establish a positive connection with customers through friendly and professional communication. Listen actively to their inquiries and concerns, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

Lead Qualification: Assess the interest level of potential customers and gather relevant information that can help tailor our services to meet their specific needs.

Scheduling Appointments: If appropriate, schedule follow-up appointments or consultations for our service team to provide further assistance or detailed service explanations.
