Position Summary & Objectives: 
We are looking for Dedicated Couriers who deliver the goods from our Bolt Market store to customers. As a Courier, you will be responsible for following the delivery directions and making deliveries on time. You will be a key player helping Bolt Market’s customers get their groceries in less than 15 minutes.

What do we offer?
Guaranteed 5€/hr + 1.9€ for every delivery after third delivery per hour. For example, if during your shift you make 5 deliveries per hour on average, then your hourly salary is 5 + 2*1.9=8.8€/h. On the other hand, if you make only 1 delivery, you still get 6.40 €/h. Salary is calculated by average deliveries per hour per shift.
Delivery bag.

Main Responsibilities:
Picking up goods from the Bolt Market dark store and delivering it to clients with either car or bicycle.
Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements: 
You are at least 18 years old.
You have a car or bicycle.
A valid driving licence if you choose to make deliveries with a car.
Ability to make deliveries and collections rapidly and efficiently.

You are organised. You deliver on time & handle stress well.
You have a Customer-focused mindset.
You have a smartphone where you can use the Bolt Courier app.
You have to wear a mask inside the Bolt Market store and while handing over the goods to the customer.

You have to complete courier training, which will be sent to you online before your first shift (takes 5-10 minutes)
