Operations Associate (6-Week Contract) – Tallinn, Estonia

Your Mission
Join our dynamic operations team for a 6-week, full-time role where you’ll help keep our pension transfer processes running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be part of the engine room - updating transfer statuses, supporting key workflows, and flagging anything that needs further attention.
We’ll get you fully trained and ready to go within a few days, so you can make a real impact right away. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced team members, contribute to operational improvements, and help ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
This is an office-based role in Tallinn with a great team culture, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to see how operational excellence powers customer success.
What You’ll Do
Support daily operations by checking and updating the status of pension transfers
Ensure key processes are completed accurately and on time
Route or escalate tasks that need specialist input
Use multiple systems to track, process, and complete customer-related actions
Collaborate with the team to identify ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Learn fast and contribute quickly - training will get you up to speed within your first few days
Working Hours & Breaks
* Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
* Lunch: 1-hour unpaid break each day
* Short breaks: Two 10-minute breaks during the day are included in your working hours and fully paid
* Team lunch Wednesdays - we usually head out together as a team. On other days, feel free to bring your own lunch or visit nearby spots like Rotermann, Viru, or Forum Center
About You
* You’re based in Tallinn, Estonia
* You have excellent verbal and written English skills
* You’re a quick learner, ready to pick up new processes within a day
* You have a proactive mindset and enjoy finding ways to make things run better
* You’re highly organised, comfortable multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* You know how to prioritise and manage your time effectively to keep things on track
