You will join our Remote Assistance team and play an essential part in our mission to provide the world with affordable and environment-friendly deliveries. Every day, our robots are completing thousands of autonomous deliveries in the US, UK, and Europe, and we are hitting records on an almost weekly basis.

As a Remote Assistance Specialist at Starship, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and play an essential part in our success story! You will oversee the friendly sidewalk robots designed to deliver parcels, groceries, and food. Even if our robots are 99% autonomous, there's always a need to outsource the difficult decisions to our human operators, who can solve various social and traffic situations.

Important to note:

• This is an entry-level position.
• You will work through the GoWorkaBit platform. According to the nature of the work relationship, you will NOT have an employment contract.
• Shift-based role.
• This is not a remote role. All shifts are performed on-site at our Mustamäe office in Tallinn, Estonia.
• Planned joining date is January 14th, 2026. The first week is training week and you need to present for 5 Training days (Jan 14- Jan 20), 9 hours each day, with rest days plotted in between. After that you can pick your own schedule.

Your future responsibilities:

• Overseeing our robots' autonomous operations and helping them to overcome the challenges they might face, via computer stations;
• Communicating with other remote assistance specialists and on-the-ground field assistants in real time;
• Assisting robots while establishing new area mapping, route optimization, customer delivery flows, and more.
• Logging and reporting any issues to the relevant teams.

What we hope you'll bring to the table:

• Tech-savviness and basic computer skills; no need to be highly skilled in technical IT.
• Good reaction and motor skills, able to process large amounts of visual information, diligent with sharp attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
• Reliable and able to take responsibility for your workload and schedule.
• Able and willing to stay alert and responsive in front of a screen for several hours at a time.
• Have the ability to distinguish different colors (especially red and green due to our Operations tools)
• Good spoken and written communication in English.
• Availability to work during nights and mornings
• Having a valid EU driver's license is an advantage.
