Momotoko is a Japanese Ramen Restaurant which started in 2015. After our rapid growth in 2022 we are looking for new staff to join our team in various locations. Our company prides itself on it’s fair and professional working environment where we are focused on assisting staff in developing their skills to help them in their careers.

Our positions don’t necessarily require a lot of experience but more importantly a hard working, passionate, energetic, happy attitude towards work and training. With both Part Time and Full Time Positions available we are looking for people that are focused on helping our business develop through Fantastic Customer Service and Spectacular Food Quality and Taste. Our teams in each restaurant are small but build very solid working relationships which makes our work environment great to work in, Our Managers work closely with all staff to ensure training and performance is maintained and built upon.

All staff are required to have and maintain a Hygiene Pass. Valid Visa or Working Permission for Estonia is required for all positions. Once you application has been processed you will be invited to an interview from one of our Managers or HR team.

Work environment

Schedules are arranged by Restaurant or Company Managers, Employees can request certain days off but these are granted after the operation of the restaurant is ensured. We always work hard to allow employees the time off they request. Schedules are completed on a monthly basis and completed 2 weeks before the next schedule.

Outcome and purpose of the work

Our open communication platforms within the company allows employees to visualise career development internally, KPIs and performance targets are clearly outlined by Management and the company is supportive of the growth and development of all employees
