We are looking for a full-time Delivery Specialist to join our busy team in Tartu!

As a Delivery Specialist your tasks will include-
- You will be responsible for fulfilling specific orders of cosmetics products.
When you receive the orders: you will collect these products from the warehouse, label the products, and pack them according to a clear guideline.
You will update the order data to your computer, and order transportation through computer. 

- You will receive detailed instruction on how to fulfill each client's order

- The job enables you to be physically active and spend time on computer, as well as to communicate in international team

- You will help other team members when necessary to keep the operation smooth

- You are also expected to develop ideas to improve efficiency and quality of the operation and contribute to building team culture

We are looking for someone who is reliable and takes responsibility, is accurate with details and strong time management and has a strong desire to learn and to contribute. Has a strong team-player attitude, and a considerate mindset for others

Strong command of English is a big advantage because more than 95% of our orders are from outside of Estonia, so it is a big advantage if you are ready to understand requirements of international clients Fluency in spoken and written Estonian is also a strong advantage.

Experience or knowledge of the retail industry, the beauty/well-being sector will be a plus but not necessary, skills with Microsoft Office will also be an asset.

Darba vide

Our workday typically starts at 8:30 AM and end at 5:00PM, with 30 minutes lunch break.
This position requires you to be present in the office, however, we are flexible to accommodate when your have critical personal appointment during office hours. Many of our team members are working mom with small children so we often find ways to support parents with children.

This is a full-time position.
