Our ideal Office Assistant is someone who can think and act fast and find ways to make their own work more efficient. This person must enjoy a busy start-up environment and most importantly want to make our team and guests happy. You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

Preparing our office space for the day and making sure everybody has all the tools needed for success

Filling our kitchens with food & drinks to keep our people nice and happy 

Greeting our guests and making sure they feel as welcome as our team members  

Assisting the office team with ongoing tasks and event organizing 

 

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you:

Are a people’s person who gains energy from interacting with others 

Have great attention to detail with a need to have everything in order  

Have a “can-do” attitude 

Previous work experience in customer service

Handle every situation with a smile on your face

Are fluent in written and verbal English and Estonian 

Are passionate about Veriff as a service
