Position Summary & Objectives: 
We are looking for Dedicated Couriers who deliver the goods from our Bolt Market Sõle store to customers. As a Courier, you will be responsible for following the delivery directions and making deliveries on time. You will be a key player helping Bolt Market’s customers get their groceries in less than 15 minutes.

What do we offer?
Guaranteed base salary 4 euros gross per hour+ extra pay for every delivery 0.8 euros (so if you make 5 deliveries in one hour your salary with extra pay will be 8 euros, the more you deliver the larger is the sum you earn).
Delivery bag.
Our stores offer lunch breaks, a separate resting area with complimentary water and coffee.

Main Responsibilities:
Picking up goods from the Bolt Market dark store and delivering it to clients with either car or bicycle.
Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements: 
You are at least 18 years old.
You have a car or bicycle.
A valid driving licence if you choose to make deliveries with a car.
Ability to make deliveries and collections rapidly and efficiently.

You are organised. You deliver on time & handle stress well.
You have a Customer-focused mindset.
You have a smartphone where you can use the Bolt Courier app.
You have to wear a mask inside the Bolt Market store and while handing over the goods to the customer.

You have to complete courier training, which will be sent to you online before your first shift (takes 5-10 minutes)
