Töö ülesandeks on teeninduse kaardistamine Maanteeametis.

Anname legendi / küsimust, millega on vaja tulla MNT kontorisse (ARK) ja esitada küsimust (nt. kuidas saab teh.passi vahetada).

Kestvus on umbes 15-30 min vahemikus 09:00-17:00

Vajalik on teeninduse detailid meelde jätta vōi ülesse märkida, ning selle kohta raport täita.

Raport on programmis, seega vajalik arvuti ja interneti ligipääs.
