24/7 on-call interpreter
Description
We are looking for interpreters who are available 24/7 for calls made in line with clinical trials.
There will be an online training at the beginning of the project, a detailed glossary made available and basic medical knowledge is required. We will also vet the interpreters for experience and qualifications in general.
There will be three interpreters per language (Estonian, Slovenian, German, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, and Danish). General working language is English.

Calls come in without prior notice (1-3 calls a month), first to answer (per language team) gets the call. Calls are recorded, and audited. Duration of calls can be between 1 - 60 minutes depending on the nature of the call.
The interpreter gets a flat fee of 150 € per month for being on call 24/7. Every call that is picked up (real or test) is remunerated at 0,80 € / minute.
