We’ve had our public website translated into Latvian and we want to make sure everything aligns perfectly with GoWorkaBit's tone and voice and is not just a straight translation but also has a natural flow. That’s why we’re looking for someone who can:

- Speak and write Latvian fluently (native level or very close).

- Assess whether the translation sounds natural, fits the target audience, and isn’t overly complex or bureaucratic and can edit the text based on GoWorkaBit's Tone & Voice Guide.

- Strike the perfect balance between simplicity and professionalism.

The task is straightforward: review the translation in Google Sheets with English and Estonian versions on the side and let us know if anything needs to be adjusted. It’s a short-term gig, ideal for someone looking for a quick side project.

- Flexible working hours – you can work whenever it suits you.

- Remote work – no need to travel; you can do this from anywhere.

- We’d love to have this done by March 10th, but pay is based on actual hours you need to work, so time logging necessary. The sooner you can start, the longer you have time to execute it.
