Description

The event is an important gathering with a morning plenary session followed by a networking lunch. Guests will mainly be CEOs and professionals from the medical and health industry (researchers, students, etc.).

2 staff members (08:30 - 14:30)

1 staff member (08:30 - 13:00)

Tasks:
Welcoming guests
Check-in & badging
Distributing tote bags
Cloakroom assistance
Passing the microphone during Q&A
